Lifetime Warranty for Ice Bath Holders

The Ice Bath Holder is warranted for its 6-layer premium material. This warranty is non-transferable and applies solely to the material from which the ice bath is made. Defects covered by the warranty include, but are not limited to, peeling, cracking, and other forms of structural damage due to manufacturing defects.

This warranty applies only to the ice bath, which consists of 6 layers of material. The warranty does not cover physical or mechanical damage. In addition, the warranty also does not cover accessories and attachments in case of damage caused by mechanical impact or stress. The product's lacquer coating is also not covered by the warranty if it is damaged due to mechanical or chemical impact or any other external factors. Furthermore, the warranty does not cover scratches and other surface damage if the damage is caused by mechanical or chemical impact or any other external factors.

The warranty is valid only if the product is used under normal conditions and cared for according to the included care instructions. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, misapplication, accidents, alterations, unauthorized repairs, or other forms of mishandling.

To initiate a warranty claim, the original purchaser must contact our customer service department and provide proof of purchase. The claim should include a detailed description of the defect, as well as photographic evidence if possible. Upon receipt of the claim, our team will evaluate the problem and, if the defect is confirmed and covered by this warranty, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective part or the entire product.

This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective part or product and does not cover incidental or consequential damages. Any shipping and handling charges incurred in processing warranty claims are the responsibility of the purchaser.

By purchasing and using a product such as an ice bath, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions of this warranty. This warranty provides certain legal rights, and you may have additional rights that vary by jurisdiction.
